REFILLSTATION DELIVERYS

Orders are sent via Royal Mail first class. Deliveries may take up to 3 working days. Delivery is charged at £3 or free shipping for orders over £30.

For the highland and Islands we use Royal Mail next day service, DPD does offer a next day service for parts of the UK

We appreciate your continued custom and sincerely hope that you never experience any shipping problems. Please consider when discussing shipping matters and understand that we as a company uphold the highest standards of service but can on occasion be let down by third party handling companies. Any issues will be handled promptly and professionally.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refill Station offers a 30-day long distance refund as long as the item is in new condition and has not been opened.

If you find that a product you have received is faulty, please get in touch via email help@refillstation.online or social media and will try and find a solution

If a solution cannot be found, we will dispatch a Faulty Goods Pack which contains a pre-paid envelope to return the item to us. Upon receipt of the faulty item, we will dispatch either a replacement or a refund depending on your preference.

When sending an item for a return or refund, please include a note with you name and order number.
