Delivery And Refunds


All orders sent as 2nd class Small Parcel within 24 hours.  Delivery is charged at £3 this is what it costs us to send to you.

Refill Station ship all products by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. This means orders will typically arrive within 1 to 2-days. Once an item has been successfully dispatched from Refill Station it is the responsibility of the Royal Mail to deliver the goods.

We appreciate your continued custom and sincerely hope that you never experience any shipping problems. Please consider when discussing shipping matters and understand that we as a company uphold the highest standards of service but can on occasion be let down by third party handling companies. Any issues will be handled promptly and proffesionaly.

RefillStation offers a 30-day long distance refund as long as the item is in new condition and has not been opened.

If you find that a product you have received is faulty, please get intouch via email [email protected] or social media and will try and find a solution

If a solution cannot be found, we will dispatch a Faulty Goods Pack which contains a pre-paid envelope to return the item to us. Upon receipt of the faulty item, we will dispatch either a replacement or a refund depending on your preference.

When sending an item for a return or refund, please include a note with you name and order number.
